Managing business and administration aspects of Gold Certified Ecotourism venue, Crann Og Eco Farm. Assisted collaboration attaining Gold certification from Ecotourism Ireland and greatly enhanced social media positioning and engagement across common platforms.  Contributed to creation of new image/brand and marketing.  Managed ecotourism reservations and contributed to event management and hosting.  Professional content creation including digital media was a strong component in large increase in digital media engagement and revenue growth.  Customer satisfaction and volunteer planning and liaison.

Ecotourism Internship:  Crann Og Eco Farm, Ireland

Caretaking for owner’s vacations, animal husbandry including, fowl, sheep, lambing and natural horsemanship.  Organic vegetable gardening and vegetarian catering for volunteer crew.  Non chemical sheepskin tanning with natural techniques.  Demolition, renovation and recycle building using reclaimed materials including pallet structures.  Living willow structures.

Small business management administration, social media content creation and management, critical team member for event management and hosting.  Graphic design for marketing materials.  Hospitality and customer satisfaction, general ecotourism management.  Volunteer liaison and supervision.  Support for application to Ecotourism Ireland for venue and experience certification.

Forestry work & management including deer exclusions, tree felling, invasive species removal, bogland reclamation and dune preservation.  Sustainable commercial forestry management.

School children education programs, teaching basic forestry skills and techniques, tree identification and their uses.  Interpretive experiences involving flora and fauna, sensory awareness games and challenges in forest settings including night walks.
